Dan has performed with a number of different bands in the NY metro over the years, playing covers and originals at various clubs, community events and fundraisers. Dan is thrilled to be playing Steely Dan tunes of his favorite bands of all time and the ultimate challenge for a keyboard player.

how to play acoustic guitar, although he will definitely stick to his day
job (keyboards).

Gerardo (Jerry) Curatolo
BASSIST
Gerardo (Jerry) Curatolo, a dedicated bassist based out of Astoria, NY. My musical sensibilities have been profoundly shaped by an eclectic range of influences, spanning from the groundbreaking melodic innovations of Jaco Pastorius to the iconic, powerful rhythmic foundations laid by John Paul Jones. This broad appreciation reflects my deep respect for both intricate improvisational artistry and compelling, rock-solid grooves.
My journey through the music scene has been wonderfully diverse, allowing me to hone my craft across various genres. I've had the opportunity to lay down basslines for dynamic Jazz Fusion and Latin Jazz ensembles, where precision, harmonic understanding, and improvisational agility were key. Concurrently, I've powered the rhythm sections of high-energy Top 40 Classic Rock bands and authentic 80’s tribute acts, focusing on delivering tight, engaging grooves and a strong stage presence. This extensive experience has furnished me with a versatile skill set, enabling me to adapt seamlessly to different musical demands.
While I maintain a successful professional career outside of music, my passion for playing and performing is a fundamental and enduring aspect of my life. For me, music is not merely a pastime; it is a profound and constant source of creative energy and personal fulfillment.
